I had a decent stay at this hotel, which is nicely located right next to Patong Beach and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, but I had a mixed experience with the service. While initially a staff member was quite rude, she eventually warmed up and became more helpful. Overall, it's a good value for money given the location and amenities, although there’s room for improvement in service quality.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the location was fantastic – just across from the beach and close to everything in Phuket. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony with a great view. On the downside, the room had some broken doors, and the noise from the next building kept me up at night. Service was friendly, but I felt like they could have been more willing to help when issues arose.

I had a great stay at this hotel, especially because of its fantastic location just across from the beach and within walking distance to Bangla Road. The rooms offered a nice sea view, though I did notice some seepage in the ceiling, which was a bit concerning. The staff was mostly friendly and ready to assist with my needs, and I appreciated that I could leave my luggage while exploring. However, I wish the shuttle service was better organized, as it could be improved. Overall, it was a good value for the price.
